Integration der Flüchtlinge ist ohne Legitimation nicht möglich. Im Projekt Servus wurde gemeinsam mit Designern und Flüchtlingen ein symbolischer Reisepass gestaltet, um sozialer Abschottung entgegenzuwirken und den Teilnehmern in einer Workshopreihe die Welt der Kunst und des Designs zu eröffnen. Das Konzept basiert auf Auseinandersetzungen mit der Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft. Unser Pass dient als Symbol des Willkommenheißens und der Gemeinsamkeit und soll zur Selbstreflexion anregen.
The integration of refugees fails without their identification. In a series of workshops the project Servus merged the work of designers and refugees. A symbolic passport has been designed in order to counteract the social isolation giving insights into the world of arts and design. The confrontation with the past, present and the future was part of our concept. The passport we designed is a symbol of welcome, equality and aims to provoke self-reflection.
